Bill Hamlin, the prodigy of The Home Depot founders Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank, has co-founded Integrated Sales Solutions, a consultative sales agency headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Hamlin and his team, which consists of former retail sales and purchasing executives, will consult with, and offer a variety of sales & marketing services, to suppliers in the retail home improvement industry.

As a 30-year veteran in the retail industry, Hamlin rose to the ranks of Executive VP of Merchandising & Marketing and Group President of Home Depot. In 1996, he participated with Arthur Blank in meetings with GE’s Jack Welch, Wal-Mart’s David Glass and Coca Cola’s Doug Ivester – along with their respective teams – meetings which helped Home Depot grow from a 10- Billion to a 50-Billion dollar company. His influence in Strategic Planning, Marketing & Advertising, Distribution, Logistics and Worldwide Sourcing helped shape Home Depot into the retail giant it is today.

With a passion for golf and exploring new business ventures, Bill founded a new golf store concept in 2002. The PGA Tour Superstore became an immediate retail success story and now operates 9 U.S. stores located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona. The store’s Big Box concept includes 60,000 plus square feet of all-inclusive golf merchandise and an annual sales volume of over 100 Million.

Hamlin’s business reputation and integrity have positioned him as a guru in the business sector. He has held positions on several corporate committees spanning multiple industry sectors including: Internet Technology Development; Human Resources Development; Strategic Planning for 3 to 5, and 10-year Forecasting and Development. In addition, he has sat on Board of Directors for the PGA Tour Superstore, The Marcus Institute and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.



Jeff is a native of New York, and graduate of Manhattan’s Pace University. He brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience within the retail home improvement industry, including assignments with Leviton Manufacturing / Little Neck, NY (product development, channel marketing) and Advantage Sales & Marketing / Irvine, CA (retail operations).

In the late 90’s he founded Western Marketing Concepts / North, a Seattle-based agency providing manufacturers with sales & merchandising services. WMCN’s clients included Honda Power, Kohler, Orbit Irrigation, Thomas & Betts, and Klein Tools. In 2007 Jeff co-founded Integrated Sales Solutions.



Chad is a Sacramento native, and graduate of San Diego State University.

He brings to Integrated Sales Solutions over 16 years of retail sales experience with the Square D Company / Chicago, IL (national account management) and with merchandising agencies Western Marketing Concepts / Anaheim, CA and The Rowe Marketing Group / Chicago, IL.

Chad later co-founded Ready Set Service / Atlanta, GA, a leading provider of retail merchandising services to The Home Depot. In 2007 Chad co-founded Integrated Sales Solutions.



Mitch is a native of New York and graduate of Boston University. He brings to Integrated Sales Solutions a diverse set of sales and retail purchasing experiences including assignments with Leviton Manufacturing (National Account Manager, The Home Depot South & Mid-South Divisions) before joining The Home Depot in 2000.

Among Mitch’s assignments with THD: Electrical Merchant / South Division (Tampa, FL), DSM / Plumbing (Atlanta, GA), Global Product Merchant – Wiring Devices (Atlanta, GA), and Senior Merchant – Floor & Wall Department. Following a successful career with THD, Mitch joined Empire Level as Director of Sales to Home Depot, and in 2006 founded Retail Sales Consulting before merging this business with Integrated Sales Solutions in 2008.



Jeff is a native of the Chicago area and has lived in the Atlanta area with his family the past 17 years. Jeff graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.

He brings to Integrated Sales Solutions over 20 years of sales, marketing, leadership, consulting, and business development experience within the retail home improvement industry, including assignments with Black & Decker, DeWalt, Campbell Hausfeld, Schlage Lock, Baldwin Hardware, Luckey Conrad & Associates, and the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation.

In 2004 he co-founded StoreLink Retail Group, an Atlanta-based merchandising services and retail projects company. In 2008 he co-founded eSENSE Retail, an Atlanta-based business intelligence company serving the retail industry. Jeff joined Integrated Sales Solutions in July of 2014.
